There are waterproof lenses on the market designed solely for color mixing, but there aren’t many that are specifically polarized. So the question arises: are there lenses that offer both color mixing and polarization? Hengli Optoelectronics definitely has them. The company’s designers have developed an optical waterproof lens that is compatible with color-mixing LEDs and simultaneously directs the light in the desired direction.

The new all-in-one waterproof lens, available in polarized, mixed-color, and monochrome versions, is designed for 3535-RGBW while also compatible with 3030-RGBW/RGB. It features a TIR vertical reflector, an angled mounting structure, and a frog-eye array mixed-light design on the light-emitting surface. This design ensures not only color mixing and uniform illumination but also precise targeting of the designated area. The luminaire requires no adjustment of the installation angle and is suitable for applications such as ground-recessed lights, wall-washers, tree-lighting fixtures, and irregular wall surfaces on buildings.

Lens Layout Method 1: Drill holes horizontally on the aluminum substrate along the lines connecting the positioning holes. This method is more suitable for structures such as sloped walls and bridge structures.

Lens Arrangement Method 2: Drill holes perpendicular to the lines connecting the positioning holes on the aluminum substrate. This method is better suited for illuminating distant targets such as front-facing walls, objects, and trees.
